I think their background is a pretty standard fade pattern (it's the same pattern that's default for Powerpoint, isn't it?), sky blue is a pretty standard color, and the colors you both use are standard color schemes to accompany the sky blue.
Although it doesn't necessarily mean anything, I also think the other page's copyright predates the one on your page... There's an ICQ on the other page - contact the guy.
