    Flash video Gurus----Advice please

What is the most efficient and methodical way to encode content to flash video format at a high quality and as bandwidth friendly as possible without sacrificing the quality of the vids?

I guess I am looking for tour application, embedded flash video, like a 320x240.

Does someone mind explaining the process oh from say the final editing process.

When I output from finalcut pro whats next?

    Thanks a lot in advance.

**I am finding too much info to absorb from google.

Damn, been awhile since I've used that version. You may need to upgrade to Flash 8 in order to do this. In Flash 8 you just import the video and it will convert it for you. Not 100% sure about MX though, don't think it will.

I just bought Flash 8 and I'm learning how to use it. The first thing I wanted to do was make Flash videos for my members. That's pretty easy. I edit the video in Final Cut and then pick what size and encode settings I want and save it as a .flv file.

Then I import the .flv in Flash 8, add a skin and save the .fla to a folder along with the .flv It's really simple. You can adjust the encoding in Final Cut to get the file size you need.

That's about as far as I've got but I'm happy with the results. Someday I'll figure out how to make something more complicated like the banners I see here but right now it's still a mystery to me as to how they're done.
