I have a couple girls under our company that want to webcam on the side, I'm looking for a company that they can signup for to do one-on-ones where we make a percentage of their profit for referring them WITHOUT having to become a studio and handling all their money, headaches, etc.

I was thinking about doing the same down the line, just one question: do these programs allow promotion of the main site the girls are with?

If you wanted to do something like this I could give you a white label clone where you could promote your own sites on the skin. Possibly I'd give you a cam system with your own girls and no one else. This way you could promote your own sites. If I was going to have you on my system with my own members chatting with your girls I wouldn't want them to promote anything other than my cam site. Cam companies don't like when chathosts promote other products.
