Hell, for this project, I would accept anything.. LOL.. though I think I would have a better chance of getting my surfers to pitch in for building the complex then for webmasters. LOL..
Though, in all honesty, it is my goal to finish it.. living in a college town.. pleanty of babes want to live rent free, and would do anything to have the luxury this complex will offer them..
Dreams are nice, but when I priced it.. I about shit myself.

Starting out with 50 apartments, running cat5 to each, offering FREE internet and cable connection.. an indoor pool since winter here is a bit nippy... and a 15 room tan salon.

Free or a decent discounted rent, depending if they want to do weekly photoshoots or not.

A free computer in each apartment.. all apartments furnished.

Free laundry..
