Considering the recent problems others are having worth a bump.

I hate scammers - the No1 reason I moved out of the adult side into more mainstream stuff. Sure they still exist but as a MUCH smaller % in most mainstream.

She was just trying to sell us content last week via ICQ. She claimed she had sets of content that was new and would cut me a deal..:1orglaugh:1orglaugh
She even asked for any small job as she was strapped for cash :disgust

Sounds like this person has some real problems....

Actualy mainstream have much more scammers then adult industry.

Not that I know you well but from the impression I got from working with you the last couple of months I can honestly say I am 100% sure she deserves this!

You are a stand up guy and I hope this all gets solved. Even though it sounds more and more like Court action is needed here.

Im a content producer and she screwed me and sold to most of you content with no rights, so, if you bought the 300 shemale sets deal from her or any shemale set from her, contact me to get a valid license. I think I could take care of a lot people she ripped but seems she continue selling this content as Im hearing from some sourcers.

Im here to protect my content and my loyal custumers, they come to me every month to buy these sets because they know that they are not overexposed and now she is fucking my business overselling it to everyone ! So, please, if you bought this content, remove it or contact me to get a valid license !

wow maybe everyone should get together and sue her... seeing how her site is down and all...

Before the lykos incident I thought she was attempting to make good. I got download access to the content packages etc. Problem was her/his server kept timing out breaking up these massive zip files. So I contacted her/him again and said you can just burn these to dvd and ship them to me. She said she was broke and could not really afford to do that right now, unless I compensated (paid her to get it done). I said send me your mailing address and I will send you the dvd's and you can ship them back via my companies fed ex number. Poof never heard from her again.

Guess since I was not gunna send her a cash advance it was no big deal suddenly. Then walla I look at some of the zips I did obtain and it was videos lykos produced.

Screw this person and lump them in with Tala.
BTW this new user Blue somthing that keeps popping up in the Tracy threads giving plausable reasons why she/he could of been taken, or defending her/him way to often has my suspicion level up.

yep. Im one of them. Most of her stuff didn't come with any docs at all. I was bitching at her for months with Sarah. Theres a topic somewhere down .. fuck.. fuck.. fuck.. so what do we do now? too late for epass to do anything.

Sounds familiar.... I got exactly the same ICQ message. But I told her that she STILL owe me some content from back in May/June. Also that I am NOT buying anything else from here as long as I still haven´t gotten all I payed for.

The money is gone gone gone - you can sue and make bad reports all you want. That is not going to get the money back because there is no money to be gotten back. It's spent.

She used greed to get more and more money from customers.

Pretty old con - nothing new - except her marks.

You just need to have someone on the ground where she lives to take a list of complaining customers to her local District Attorney's office. They can investigate, and if she ripped people off or sold content without permission, they will try her and put her in jail. It's not real hard to do this.

But really... if you are pissed, why give her more money? Why even think about it? She is a scammer. The whole lot of them need to be questioned to find out who did what.

No offense, but you can't do that by crying on the board. If you have a list of customers that were ripped off... and have real evidence, just call the district attorney's office and see what they say.

The worst they will say is that they aren't interested.

Linds, let's talk about this on ICQ. I bought some stuff from her a long while back for that ebook I was telling you about. I didn't get most of it downloaded, but I need to make sure that what I got is licensed, etc.

A few weeks ago she did contact me and finally send me the license that wasn't with the initial content I bought. However, every single time I tried to send it back to her it would bounce back and it never made it through to her because her email just wasn't working.

Oh and I never did get the majority of the videos from the packages downloaded but I did get all the stories and pictures. Most of the pictures I got in my packages did have documents but some of those were too hard to read for me to use. I am glad I didn't spend the time to download every video one by one because it is sounding like it would have been even more of a waste of time than it already has been.

Honestly at this stage who really knows. It wasn't for any of the content I have heard about being stolen so far but siding with caution is sounding the way to go with this one at the moment.

Yup and they suck more when the scam comes after other webmasters who you have no reason not to trust are commenting about how the person has done great deals with them in the past, etc. So obviously there had been some reputation built up. Otherwise I wouldn't have gone near the 'deals' but for somebody to take their reputation and scam it away sucks even more.

I keep asking Tracy for licence copies, which should be easy enough, but it seems she may not have them, because it is always "You are threatening me so I ignore you" instead of providing something fucking simple.

Shame too... that used to be a pretty decent company

It is a real shame.. Fantasy Content was around... my goodness 7-8 years ago and they used to have a fantastic reputation. It's a shame when things go down the drain like this.
