Dos it mean the feeds are bad? According to the stats the ratio is just excellent. I think this does mean only one thing: there is something wrong with you. May be because you are "punk", or maybe because you just don't wanna work I don't know - it's your problem so I don't care *shrug*

but the most well known concept that he blatantly stole was the feedpushers.com technology, dig up some old edgeprod threads about him announcing the beta testing for it and you can see it plain as day

this has all been pretty quiet until recently, he started pissing some pretty powerful people off in the past few weeks and it is starting to come down on him

Jace and edgeprod are liars. Actually it's not a secret who edgeprod is. But Jace seem working in his scamming team how.

Everyone knows that:
1) My TheSponsorFeeds (former AddRefCode) plugin was publicly available for a long time. Furthermore, TheSponsorFeeds was used on many blogs including one sponsored blog since (2006) and I can easily prove it. On the other hand, feedpushers has been launched just a few days ago.

2) I haven't seen any announces of feedpushers BEFORE edgeprod bumped my announce of my TheSponsorFeeds (former AddRefCode) plugin. He poined me to his thread which also has been bumped by someone before I saw it.

3) There was no clear description of feedpushers (actually there is no such an info even today), but TheSponsorFeeds technology was described in details at TheSponsorFeeds.com and this gives me a reason to suppose that edgeprod stole some of me ideas descried TheSponsorFeeds.com. Actually he already tried to get access to my code to rip of some good solutions earlier, when his feedpushes was just is closed beta:

4) Our projects are way different. edgeprod has a service - providing completed morphing feeds written by his team and available via their stand-alone product - feedpushers. My TheSponsorFeeds solution does not provide such a service, because TheSponsorFeeds is not a stand-alone product. It's just a regular plugin for freeware WordPress script. TheSponsorFeeds does not generate any RSS feeds at all - these feeds are being generated by WordPress engine. TheSponsorFeeds just morphs the existing WordPress posts according to a given affiliate id. So these products can not be considered even as alternative software (like Microsoft Office vs StarrOffice, or RAR vs ZIP etc). Our solutions are completely different.

5) Our code have absolutely different realization and they even work different. For example, feedpushers morphs the feed everytime when it's being loaded which causes serious problems with many feed-pushing scripts (for example note this: http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showpo...8&postcount=92). My plugin has no such a problem - the feed is always the same and it doesn't matter how many times it was reloaded/pulled. To provide the 100% unique feeds for each affiliate we have a special parameter - cxxx_seed. And now edgeprod knows about it. I even believe he will rip off this idea to implement it in his own product - time will tell if I right or not.

6) edgeprod has a patent of his product. But:
- his patent was been obtained when my plugin was available and was used by many popular blogs already.
- his patent doesn't cover WordPress plugin like mine, because it (the patent) was issued for feedpushers only, but not for the text morphing idea in general (text morphing algorithms were implemented in many other scripts before (http://www.rssmagician.com/, http://www.ContentSolution.com etc) Here is a good quote for that: http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showpo...3&postcount=52. Or just take a look at outer affiliate programs that use use same morphing idea with their own realization of code, e.g.: http://www.bumblecash.com/ and some others. According to Russian laws I have an indisputable rights on TheSponsorFeeds idea and algorithm and I even posted a quote form th appropriate Russian law o edgeprod. He US patent was issued when my project was already publicly available His patent can not be applied to Russian and European products (actually in EU is not allowed to patent even the algorithm!)

7) edgeprod is now trying to threaten my US-based customers with his patent and he also mentioned that he has reported all their morphing feeds to Google and asked Google to penalize them. I'm not a scammer like edgeprod and so I would NEVER do that to his customers. I don't want to ruin someones business just because of some well known scammer and brawler like edgeprod who already tried to scam me at XBiz board about a year ago and I even posted some quotes from his hysterical thread here at GFY. However I can post more so everyone could see what a person edgeprod is.
