Is it safe to put a Gmail address as the domain admin contacts when you register domain names and for your domain accounts?

If you use an email at one of your own domains, theres a risk that someone could get into your webhost.

If you use an email at your broadband provider, theres a risk they could dupe the support staff into giving up your password.

Whats the safest email to register your domains to?
