    US Senator Says We Should Bomb Mecca. Prepare For The Holy War!

    WASHINGTON (CNN) ? Colorado Rep. Tom Tancredo?s campaign stood by his assertion that bombing holy Muslim sites would serve as a good ?deterrent? to prevent Islamic fundamentalists from attacking the United States, his spokeswoman said Friday.

    ?This shows that we mean business,? said Bay Buchanan, a senior Tancredo adviser. ?There?s no more effective deterrent than that."
    ?If it is up to me, we are going to explain that an attack on this homeland of that nature would be followed by an attack on the holy sites in Mecca and Medina,? Tancredo said.

              Many critics of my statements have characterized them as "offensive," and indeed they may have offended some. But in this battle against fundamentalist Islam, I am hardly preoccupied with political correctness, or who may or may not be offended. Indeed, al-Qaeda cares little if the Western world is "offended" by televised images of hostages beheaded in Iraq, subway bombings in London, train attacks in Madrid, or Americans jumping to their death from the Twin Towers as they collapsed. ? Until "mainstream" Islam can bring itself to stop rationalizing terrorist attacks ? this war will continue. As long as this war goes on, being "offended" should be the least of anyone's worries.

                      They should round up the family members of any suicide bombers and kill them too. Let that serve as a deterrent to future suicide bombers and terrorists that they will be identified, and their entire families will be killed.

                          Are there really not enough powerful people in the United States to overtake this government???

                          If the US said they were going to send 100 nuclear bombs to strike uhmmmm.... Australia... Would any of you have the power to stop them?

                          It seems like they're acting so far out of line from public interest, that they are no longer a government of the people. The rest of the world NEEDS safeguards against the USA :/
