If it went out of small claims, the costs of a lawyer and whatnot would just make it pointless. I mean can anyone even presume they own a house or any real assets? I think one would want to do some real research before yelling for a group to sue.
I have bought a lot of content from one of them (no tranny stuff) however I have not downloaded it all yet. I may or may not be out some cash, though it would be a laughable amount outside of small claims. Then even assuming I win, collections is an entirely different matter. It is why several people who have taken money from me have gotten away, the costs vs the payoff make it almost pointless aside from self gratification which still would cost my time that I can not collect on.Comment

I have tried and tried and tried to work things out, and your story is sad...2 kids..starving....bad hubby....etc. and I really hate that I am so cynical, but I have to admit your story has holes in it.
For example can you explain how your husband does deals using your ICQ, the deals go sour, yet you are oblivious? I mean, I talked to you daily about the issues, how did I always manage to get the husband and never you especially when you say he disappeared for days? What are the chances I could message you daily, different hours, different times complaining and you never said "huh, what deal, we never had a deal"
The last 4 deals we did went sour, and each time you said "sorry about that, but if you give me XX more dollars you can get this bigger package and then when that one went sour it was you can have this one for XX more and in the end, I got NOTHING.
If your husband has a drug problem, I'm sorry about that, but I honestly don't think it is 100% his fault either, I mean, you HAD to have known, issues have been going on for months now, and there is no way with all the crap that has been going on with so many people you could not have known.Comment

She hasn't responded to me for a few days. The only responses I did get where her asking for work. I've told her a few times I just want the links to download the content I paid for. Simple enough...but no reply as of late.
Since nothing was physically delivered, I'm guessing it would be possible to dispute the payment through Paypal.

Thinking back to what she told me ICQ, and based on the comments she made in this thread that I did indeed buy from her, I don't think Tracy is telling the truth.
She told me that the reason for the slowness was that she was over worked and she was getting someone on board to help her with the orders, etc. This was at the beginning of the sales that she was making... so naturally, she didn't want anyone pissed off. She just wanted her thread bumped. But she wasn't delivering what she promised. She was making substitutions. For all I know, she didn't have the right to sell the content she was selling.
Someone else said it best - She sounded desperate with her sales pitch.
