A public statement and apology from Tracy/Fantasy Content

Hi everyone Tracy here.

I’d like to take a few moments to both explain and apologize for what has happened recently with Fantasy Content and my clients. This is a touchy subject as it involves personal matters that involve my family and I hope everyone can respect I am trying to work this out for the best in a tough situation. Anyone who conducted business with me prior to this knows I always took care of everything, and our dealings were solid, yes I admit sometimes orders were slow and I am sorry for that.

I fully understand that this situation is no ones problem but my own, but I do feel I owe at very least an explanation as to the recent allegations and events and to everyone who has been hurt by this.

I have just recently discovered that over the course of the past year and most recently the past couple of months that my husband who is also my business partner has been very dishonest with both me and our clients. His actions lead me to believe that he has a drug problem as all the signs point to this.

Recently he will disappear for days at a time leaving me and our children and when he returns he always has some crazy story, I have found that he was using my ICQ number to cut deals while I am not home, and sell content that he had no right, documentation, or authority to sell.

This is very hard for me as he normally dealt with the producers and all of our legal issues, I took care of sales and tech issues, so I had no idea some of the deals we were offering we not legit. He flat out lied to producers and used my ICQ as well to make me look bad as well.

Our Landlord even contacted me within the last week to notify me that we are three months behind in our rent and that he was sick of my husband’s stories. After checking he emptied all of our savings accounts, pay pal, epass, everything. I am honestly sitting here with zero cash, and to make it worse he left me with my daughter and son with no money to take care of them. You really think you can trust someone and then they do this to you.

I have been a wreck this past week, and am trying to pick up the pieces and after speaking with friends felt this was the best way to try and clear my name as much as I can and try to get back to doing business. He has with no remorse ruined my once good name.

I am open to working out any resolution with anyone that is owed, and I am very sorry that this has happened. I do not have any money to offer right now, but if I have any content you do not have from my store I can first offer that, I am willing to work this off however possible, I am looking to have new content packs available as well and can help generate money back to you by any means necessary, I just need to feed my children as well.

I promise to answer all icq’s and e mails and work with you to the best of my ability during this very hard time. This is a family and personal matter, that has now turned into a business matter and I am sorry for that. I do ask that people do respect my privacy as I try to sort both my life and business out. And I hope we can come to a resolve and I can move on to clearing my name. I just ask that you be patient with me as this is a very trying time.
