Sadly, I am not in a third world country, and I am connected at a pretty decent speed, and GFY is dog to load from about 9am to about 10PM. It is entirely random as well, sometimes very good and sometimes a total, total dog. In some cases it times out and blows up firefox doing it.
Vbulletin is VERY VERY DB intensive, and with a board as active as GFY, this thing is getting killed. The source of the problems seem to be mostly related to connecting to the DBs to get the pages loaded. You could have 100 quad cores all lined up, but if they can't get to the database, they can't run.Comment

If he had only one brain cell not dead due to excessive drugs, he must know that people in the third world countries and on 56kbps or 128kbps would never complain because whole internet is slow for them. So, only guys in first world with 10+mbps will complain when they will feel gfy is slower than other goddamn sites.
