ya, I hated mustard, but I'm a big fan now. I use it in pretty much every marinade I make. Usually mixing some really grainy mustard with some spicy mustard. Always works well with sandwiches too.

See, now that actually gives me a reason to go. I don't much like wine so when I was in Northern California I skipped the wine area. Now, I may well go to check out the mustards.

I love garlic mustard..before my wasabi mustard phase I went through my garlic mustard phase.
