I went to Stage deli when I was in NY last year (im a old new yorker living in FL) and I had forgotten just how good TRUE NY sandwiches are

I had a corn beef/pastrami/chop liver on rye. The fucking thing was a mile high

man i still have dreams about that sandwich

I didn't know that Pastrami was just smoked Corned Beef until I purchased a Deli about a year ago.

I prefer Pastrami.

The best way to do a pork roast My mom has always done roast pork with kraut as the first meal on New Years..right after midnight.

I just polished off the biggest Reuben I've ever made here in the shop.

That is by far the best sandwich ever. Love the Kraut. Toss it on the grill with a little brown sugar and it's perfect.

god damn - now i am drooling for a hot pastrami on rye, coles slaw and a dill pickle.

i like saurkraut on hot dogs - but i find Reubens gross. McDonalds had/has them so I tried it, vomit city.

the only deli I found had Smoke meat .. It jsut didn't cut it .. Mmm I would of given anything for a pastrami yesterday!
