In either case, they could be born into a life, or make it themselves. Some people have a talent for business, others were blessed with good looks (or an 8 inch cock, in your example).

You could be born into a wealthy family, and have it "easy" to make money business-wise... or be born with an 8 inch cock, and have it "easy" to make money looks-wise.

Or...

You have to work for your wealth, or work for your looks. Why should either be valued more or less highly? Maybe being a billionaire means as much to some people as having an 8 inch cock, or vice versa.

I think this sort of distinction (between wealth and looks) is relative to the person. The particular person should be the one making the decision if they feel good about themselves at the end of the day, and not base it on social norms.
