Glock 19 or 26 seem kinda big. how are the mini-glocks?
I have a friend that carries a Kimber .45 - 3" barrel, but that seems like too much.Comment

Springfield Arms XD sub compact. Its light weight, a heck of a lot smaller then your Beretta, easily worn without being seen and in .45 has stopping power.

Well, how big are you? 19 and 26 are the same width, and if you put the magazine extender on it, the grip is the same size as that 19. Kimber's are nice too, but then you are dealing with more weight and a thumb safety.

6'1" / 200 - but needs to be concealable with shorts and a t-shirt. In the winter, I have no problems with the Beretta.Comment

When I'm around Detroit in the winter, the beretta is perfect. But it's a bitch in the summer. I usually just leave it in the truck when I go inside somewhere. I thought it was well concealed just jamed in the back of my shorts with no holster until a lady asked me if I was a cop

Yep
Agree. Glock 19 does not need any special attention, like oiling in winter. It's pretty good in hand, with blazers it's lightweigth. With rubber where You hold gun, it's very confortable. But keep in mind when it's ready it's really ready and can shoot really easily. Default trigger power is 2.4Kg, I don't suggest to lower it, it's quite dangerous. There's a cop I know that shoot his leg while playing tough guy:D
When shooting, it doesn't almost kick , and light kicks moves the gun to shoot slightly in upper right corner, especially when shooting in burst.
It's great choice and if I'm not mistaken, this gun has lifetime about 300-400k shots.
Sorry for my english, there are few words I really don't know so I've tried to describe what I mean :D and I'm heading to bed not to search dictionary :D
Enjoy.Comment

Or You might get this :D
When You'll find where to buy this gun, please let me know. It's special specnaz noiseless flashless pistol with overlarge ammo, with integrated flash and noise reduction.
It's not as weak as it looks, it can easily shot through helmet for 50m. You'll be real toughguy with this one.

I live in Arizona and I was able to conceal the Glock 17, which is the full size model. I'm a little bigger, but the 19 is easily concealable. Plus, it doesn't matter what you do to it, it will shoot everytime. Just make sure you don't limp wrist it, that's it's only weakness, the user.

In countries that don't allow guns, people get beaten or stabbed in their houses and blead to death because no one hears it happen. More people get stabbed than people get shot in America.

I own a Glock 19. If I were going to carry it, I would go with something smaller.. My dad has several Springfield XDs and I've enjoyed shooting those.
I'm not sure if I would feel more secure with my Glock knowing that there are no external safeties.. just pull the trigger and it fires.. or with the XD and its multiple safeties.Comment
