It is in northern Indiana, about an hour s/o Chicago.

I would venture to say that when the neighborhood was built it was pretty rural, although it is really growing now.

My first visit to that town was in April. When I returned at the beginning of July it had new shopping centers being built, and the main road was being widened.

I guess, as I think about it, it is pretty rural when compared to where I live, but it isn't all wheat and corn fields like where I used to visit. The neighborhoods all have large lots and no street lights.
