if she could prove they forced her to take drugs or were aware she was under the influence of a narcotic at the time of signing the docs then yes.

but merely being a "drug user" does not void a 2257 or any contract ( unless the contract directly deals with the issue )

I cant believe the conversation (thread) even went there.
