No brainer. I get less than 1% traffic from Russia and its neighboring dwarf states, and god only knows how few the actual sign ups are. In exchange I get 95% of hacker attacks, password sharing and multiple subnet crap from there.

Russia really does need to put some laws in place and enforce them if they're going to be members of a global community like the internet. I'm not saying most Russians are scammers, but it's the Russian governments fault that the ones that are get away with it. It's basically a safe haven for internet criminals.

Those stats are crap, they only count the crime that they know of. And in the U.S. the crimes are more heavily prosecuted. There is a reason why Russia represents only 1.1% or whatever nothing is being done about it and no one is getting arrested.
