    My son just found the coolest band!

    They are called Green Day...

    I took him to my office and showed him my Green Day on vinyl. Compilation album but it serves my point... They aren't new...

    2 weeks ago my friends daughter schooled us on her new find:
    The Violent Femmes.


    Whats old is new again I guess.

              It's just a fact that Los Angeles nor any other record label in the world can sign a fucken real musician these days.

              Music industry cry's about falling profits year after year as talent sucks more and more.

              We can guess what the real trend is.

              TO many Rich LA parents out there buying there idiot kid's a ticket to wanna bee stardom.

                          I just 'upgraded' all of my old Violent Femmes CD's to vinyl copies I found in an old secondhand shop.
                          Man I wish I had a record player when I first heard that band. They sound so much better on vinyl.
