Checked it out Friday morning, was pretty damned good!
I'd def suggest going out to see it, don't download or wait for dvd !

not great, not terrible - it was like one of their better episodes overall - didn't like some of the mushy morality plays or Bart wanting to be a Flanders's's

I have not seen the simpsons since season 12 or so... How does this movie compare to the older Simpsons compared to the newer ones? It's getting good reviews and all... just wondering how it compares.

Well, I saw it and I think my verdict is 'it was fine'. Meaning that it did make me laugh a good deal but I don't think it was amazing. It did what it said it would and that is great. I did wonder why Mr. Burns wasn't in it more.
