                                                                                U do realise it takes 5minutes to email these sites and have all of the videos removed from there servers. They will not work via embed anymore and that means all the hundreds of people using the embed code.

"being sued for a html embed code". Seriously, tie me up with paper work, or whatever you do, i simply wont respond. U realise how hard it would be to get me into a court in washington?                                                                                 I use a tactic where i post videos and design the page to get a high ranking in google. When i see the page ranking in google i go and signup to there site (like i did with you) and place links underneath each of the videos. Sponsors have been happy so far (except you and 1-2 others and i have removed there content as requested) If you messaged me i would have changed the pages to any way u wanted them to and would have sent u several sales daily forever. But YOU fucked that up, not me.

Google usually just doesn't want to deal with it and pulls the site from their index.

Paris Hilton sites and others have been pulled as well. It's kind of up to Google. Sometimes they just pull the offending pages, sometimes the entire site (if they feel the site is based on stolen content).
