Fling's 'Whale Bonus'

Does anyone know how it works or how you can generator this bonus money as a Fling affiliate? My friend just started making this 'Whale' additional bonus money. I wrote to hugetraffic but no response.

$1,125.00 bonus when you reach 225 paid joins, in a pay period.. isn't so bad if that sponsor is converting that well for you, just extra coin
