Whats the truth behind the Mods here at GFY

Right now i know of 1

"ICE" ...Personally i like him and think hes a pretty laid back easy going guy thats being paid to babysit for a bunch of smut peddling whiners who think comments about shaving or going to jail are going to effect there overall numbers so they bring even more attention to the"negative comments by making more threads reposting the actual "slanderous" comments themselves

Before that i knew of Texas Dreams AKA TD.

TD seemed to have somewhat of an ego,also seemed more worried about non-bannable comments made towards him or his "friends" like jimthefeces than actually making sure the board ran smoothley...and we all know how that "friendship" ended.

Pimpdogs back...whats that say about the powers of the "mods" ? ...does it only go as far as the Pay Date for GFY Advertising

Whats your opinoin on the current state of affairs concerning Mods,Bannable offenses and favoritism towards certain members of gfy?

It's a message board, a place for amusement and the occasional business thread or deal. There are much more important and relevant things to be concerned about than the "affairs" of the Mods.

Example: If Guy 1 gets preferential treatment over Guy 2 for any reason ... I can still sleep at night and my blood pressure is safe.

Mostly babysitters. I don't know about the "underpaid" part. They don't report their incomes to me.

As for letting the shit back onto the board time and time again, they are only shooting holes in their own credibility by allowing it. The shit doesn't have to be able to post here in order to buy ad space.

sadly DEA thinks his reality wake up call threads make any difference to anyone lol. they are all forgoten as soon as the thread is closed. dea doesnt realize this yet but maybe someday he will just give up and follow the heard like everyone else. its better for his health than worrying aobut it all day

if it wasnt for me and brand0n...there would have been 3 posters at your board instead of 5..let alone the fact the main reason people even surfed the board was to see how bad you and jim the feces were getting owned day after day by the likes of brandon and i...but since your boards claim to fame was that nobody could get banned ..the only way you could try and own us back was to rig your contests ...that backfired...we both left your board..and ever since it has been a ghost town hideout for link spammers.

BTW....i get more attention from you while im on your"ignore" list then when im not...strange....

actually TD seemed to me like he cared the most about this board

EDIT: I mean he really cared and wanted to ban some of the most obvious trolls/haters etc

and he also treated this board kinda like his baby, got excited about adding new features, did some digging to post the stats like "top 30 poters sorted by the numbers of threads started" etc

not that there's anything wrong with such attitude though... this is a business after all, and even if it acts like social club/soap opera for a lot of people, for its owners the most important thing should be the revenue it brings indeed

Come on...this is one of the worst run boards on the interwebs when you consider moderation.

There should be a moderator available 24/7 with a board this size, not just one guy who's around on occasion.

It's not that difficult to do either, I don't know why these guys in the almost 7 years I've been posting here can't figure this out.
