I like that top banner too, but the flash is not working quite well with FF.
Also, I don't like the rest of the design...

No nonexplicit entrance page. No 2257 links anywhere. No ICRA or ASCAP labeled pages. Regardless if there is a catchy flash loop, I wouldn't touch promoting the site

Nope, don't like it AT ALL! Don't like the overall design and neither do I like the woman doing the sucking. Besides not being able to take your eyes from a header is contra productive.
