What wireless router are you using.
I have a Buffalo Technology router/access point which was great for 8 months. Then it died. The replacement they sent is defective and I am having a bitch of a time getting them to resolve this and send me another one.
Going to run out in a bit and pick something else up. I have wasted too much time on trying to resolve this. Since I haven't been really keeping up on router stuff please hit me with your recommendations and also brands to avoid. Thanks.  I'll start. Buffalo Technology sucks and their router products suck. Next...

Thanks Martin. I have 2 old 3com switches that were very reliable and I loved them. Never any glitches. I haven't seen a lot of 3com products on the shelves lately.
Going to take a look online.

linksys , cheap and works great , very little hassles . lots of online documentation and user base to pull from

Linksys here too. Like $45 for a decent one, built in filters, port forwarding, the works..
