As far as I'm concerned TeenMegaCash benefits from all of the sales, so they owe us.
All of the traffic that they would have gotten probably generated 10 sales / day.
We have an excellent collections agency.

I agree... they're paying the theif, if they're not willing to work with you on resolving the issue they should be held responsible as well. If he's based in the US/Canada I'd file a report with the police and they should be able to get the info out of them.

We are doing EVERY POSSIBLE THING to help them but there is NO AFFILIATE with that name and we suggested them to fill a report to police and visa!!!!!!!

sara - contact cybercat - if the same guy's screwed them too blacklist that sponser if they don't comply with handing over the guys info and possibly commissions from those galleries.

between you and cybercat you can pretty much END a program from generating ANY tgp traffic of any sigificant volume.

so that NO affilate can use them. that will end most new programs

We are payng NO ONE as there is NO AFFILIATE with that name and ther eis no affilaite id.

Once again, these people are totally fucking insane and i highly suggest you sue them. This is simply nuts.
And theyre not even in this thread to apologize. Thats how far their asses are up their head.

You know whats funny? If this happened with another company the whole board would go nuts about it but as its Mark everybody is afraid to say something as youre dealing with one of the uber bro's here. Mark is mr brovention himself and eventhough this is some very serious fucked up business and enough to sue imo you will only see 1 or 2 people here who will admit that.

The rest just thinks it, stays out of this thread and will buy Mark a beer at the next convention.

Just to clarify, I did speak at length with the owner of TeenMegaCash on ICQ last night and he switched his attitude to be more helpful. He sent me hosting stats and ccbill stats which show that there was hardly any traffic or income generated during the period which the traffic was sent. If this information is accurate, then I'm really confused here. With a listing on 5 of our top traffic sites the galleries would have been flooded with traffic. If the traffic didn't go to teenmegacash where did it go?

If we could proove in this case the Affiliate Program is at fault they would be banned from all of our sites. No buyers would be able to promote them, and I would definately share the information will all other traffic sellers out there. I will share what info I have with Cybercat to make sure they haven't been scammed also......because I think Cybercat has a similar cc authorization process as we do.
