                                                      Sarah, you open a thread saying Teenmegacash should contact you asap or else there will be big drama. Now you act as if its Teenmegacash again because no ref code.

                                                      Ever though of the fact that quite a bunch of program have the option to track domains instead of referral codes. I believe they have that as well.

                                                      I take my words back if they scammed you but i highly doubt it and i think what are you doing is pretty fucked up to blame them without any proof so far.

                                                          All of the traffic that they would have gotten probably generated 10 sales / day.
                                                          We have an excellent collections agency.

                                                                                                                          scammers remove affiliate codes so no affiliates complain that someone is using thier code. it buys them more time to redirect every so and so visitor to an install... or creates an install after you view apic or 2, or download a "movie"

                                                                                                                                                  Affiliates program shows ineffectual results, program does not disclose which affiliate was sending traffic with a stolen card.

                                                                                                                                                  Traffic seller say's affiliates program owes them $16K?

                                                                                                                                                  Is that about right?

                                                                                                                                                  If thats the case I would have to say that the traffic seller should conduct due process on whom they do business with in the first place. Though the affilaites program could be helpful or the processor could be helpful in disclosing exactly whom used the stolen card and follow up from there.

                                                                                                                                                                      Is it an affiliate who can be tracked via CCBILL or one of their tracking links?

                                                                                                                                                                      Have the police and Visa been informed of this?

                                                                                                                                                                                      I agree... they're paying the theif, if they're not willing to work with you on resolving the issue they should be held responsible as well. If he's based in the US/Canada I'd file a report with the police and they should be able to get the info out of them.
