Why would you want the model to post? It's obvious already she has an agenda. There's 100's of sologirl sites in this position. Once the model is paid, then find a new boyfriend, Jesus, their parents find out, whatever ... they want the site taken down like it's a game.



Have no problems at all promoting this site if it has enough content for rebills and the program owns all the content.

We have nothing to worry about legally. I've spoken with her, she is requesting that we change the name of the site, which is possible, we can redirect traffic over to the new site so affiliates don't lose any sales. Apparently she uses Melinna for her modeling and she feels it will interfere with her modeling career. Searching for Melinna will bring up personal information related to modeling.

I'll ask her but I'd prefer we settle it privately and launch a new site if that will make her happy. I just hope that we don't have another incident after it launches. I've had issues with many models, they tend to change their mind daily and there is nothing we can do.

Do what you want, no one is stopping you. I simply won't touch a site where the model is hell-bent on having it taken down, that's all. There are also plenty of solo girl sites where the model is a full and willing participant. In many cases the girl herself is her own webmaster and does all her own content.

At the very least I don't think it's too cautious of me to want to make sure no one is miserable, getting screwed or gunning for the site with their lawyer before I start spending hours promoting it.

That was exactly the purpose of the name, it will get discussed all over the net. I wasn't a fan of the name, it was more a test case, if it doesn't work, we'll move on. Melinna posting obviously gave it more attention, but it also hurt the site. The visitor count didn't skyrocket because of her, it already had a lot of attention, its remained constant over the past few days.

I actually have no issue with the name, I realize it's all done in the spirit of fantasy anyway. it adds to the way she comes off as dark, kind of a deep thinker in a way, and a tad disturbed. A lot of guys out there, especially in the fetish community, will no doubt be drawn to her, and to the site.

Of course it would be a much more cohesive project if you had her ongoing willing participation. Have you tried waving a larger wad of cash under her nose to get her back on board?

Might be a tactic to consider 6 months from now if the site really takes off.

Yes, thats exactly why we want to keep her happy, we're hoping she'll become involved at some point. I'll speak with her some more, resolve all issues she has with a site, and move from there. She could do well on a solo site, however dedication and reliability are major concerns. If she were involved, I'd be explaining to members on a weekly basis why a camshow was missed.
