    What's the deal with not posting links to other boards ...?

    IF they're nothing to do with adult webmastering ...

    say I do a design for a tutorials website ... for photoshop tutorials ... or ... I dunno... a MySpace codes forum ...

    Since they're forums, are they banned? But, since they're not adult webmaster (or even mainstream webmaster) forums, does that mean they're exempt from the rules? I've done some forum designs and it'd be nice to occassionally be able to say ... "hey, look, I did www.forumnamehere.com design"

    Can someone... preferably a mod, clear this for me. It's completely generic in the rules, but I don't see why any non-competing board could be posted in a link ?

                  Well, still none of these reasons has anything to do with the fact that GFY is not competing with any forums other than adult webmaster ones ... for an designer who may specialise in forum design, it must SUCK to come on GFY to try and get work! Luckily most of our work is not forums, but hell, we've done some ...

                      Once upon a time a crusty crustacean (Brad) formed a Player Haters (JBM) club. Our international man of mystery (Lens) and all around bringer of light and goodness was displeased.                               I believe the rule says no spamming other boards, I don't see anything about not posting links all together.
