dreamhost has php5. hostgator has it too but you ahve to put an htaccess file in there to get it to work.

aplus hosting has php5, but I wouldn't recommend them, I've failed installs of roboTGP, Comus Thumbs, and Smart Traffic Trader so far on my shared hosting account and it's been over a week since I asked them to look into it.

Right, we should upgrade a virtual server to using something that has the possibility of making all the existing customers scripts useless.
