Just to be clear, this is a 30 day ratio over many joins and quite a bit of traffic - so it can be considered very accurate. Since I re-launched my whole affiliate program as http://MelissaMoney.com under NATS, I have seen significant increases to conversions, new joins, and membership retention. For those of you that don't know, I recently switched from CCBILL only to NATS, and added a whole bunch of new features - international billing, limited trials, and network access (now members get access to all my sites when they join 1). I also have ePassporte payouts now for my foreign affiliates who may not want to wait weeks for checks to clear and incur big clearance fees from the bank.

If you have never promoted me or Adri, or promoted us in the past and stopped, please try us out. I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the results. all my galleries got messed up for some reason when you changed so I've had to pull all my galleries across my tgp networks and I'm trying to find the right galleries and re enter my codes

Yes I did have to fire Adri, she was just too lazy! She thought she should be able to work 10 hours a week but make tons of money and have all the control. She also started telling people in my company the way her site should be run and how she wanted to pose for pictures etc. When anyone told her NO she would freak out and cuss them out. It was a very bad situation she has so many serious personal problems no matter what I had invested in her it just wasn't worth it. I am sorry but I won?t share each of them with anyone even though I should since she said and did some bad stuff to me and my company. Lets just say each day you never knew what Adri was going to show up to work or if she would even show up. I gave her all the tools to succeed but she never listened! After she was fired she tried to sabotage my business, stole clothes and other items and even solicited e-mail lists that I own to promote her new site. I don't know much about her new company so I don't want to say a lot but she is very unstable and I would wait to promote her new site until they have enough content to build a quality site in case she doesn?t last there either. I myself have close to 100 picture sets and close to 100 hours of video of Adri or I would have just dropped the site completely. I also have plenty of new stuff going up every week on her site and plan to use it for affiliate promotions I was thinking in the future like 75% payouts to affiliates that send sales to SWEETADRI.COM so it will only make sense to promote it over any new site of hers that comes out. Not to mention all new members get access to all my sites (4 in all) and 2 new ones coming out soon and trust me my retention is amazing it was before Adri and will be long after her new content runs out. Well it was taken over a 3 week time frame! I didn't want to sit and explain this was over a certain time frame with this much traffic and this many were full sales and this many were trials sales etc. I will tell you this before Nats I was getting close to 70 new sales a day these were ALL FULL joins as I didn't have any trial option until now. Now of course with trials that number has jumped well over 100 a day but you have $4.95 trials in there but the upgrades have been pretty good. I am really happy with where things are going and I am sure if you take the time to promote me you will be really happy also. Like I said before I did really well with retention before I grouped the sites and now it's so much better. Melissa

Shane/Melissa, this response was completely uncalled for. You probably should have checked with your lawyer before you wrote it. She obviously tells a much different story, but it is not my intent to air your dirty laundry on a public message board.

For the record, I disagree with your assertion that it makes sense to promote a site that she is no longer involved with over the one that she is involved with. But that is just my opinion.

You also claim in the tour that she will be doing weekly cam shows, chat with members via instant messenger and answer all of her email personally. Of course, you know that is not true. It is my opinion that deceiving your customer in this regard can only lead to poor retention.

Now, I would ask that in your future comments about my business and my sites, you refrain from making false, misleading, and disparaging remarks.

I couldn't give a shit about any private drama between some businesses... but you stuck your head in her thread in an effort to "steal" business from her. Try and spin it all you want but that's what you did. Her thread didn't even have anything specific about Adri until you came into it.

I would be saying the same thing to her if you posted a launch thread and she came into it and tried to steal your thunder.

Everything I said was 100% the truth or I would not have written it! You posted in my thread not the other way around. See you are using what Adri said to you but that is not the truth most of what she ever told me was a total lie. I have many witnesses to everything I have written and I didn't even post the really bad stuff yet which I can if you want me too? It is not YOUR thread, it is A thread. However, if you feel that I have hijacked YOUR thread, my apologies.

Here again though, you paint a picture of Adri that is simply not true. As I have said twice already, I am not going to air your dirty laundry, although I could if you want me to. But I wont. I don't believe making disparaging remarks about Adri serves you well, that is my opinion.

For the record, I think you have done a great job with your site Melissa. I am even going to start promoting you because I think you do a great job with melissamidwest.com As for your actions with Adri, her site, and the affiliates promoting that site, I don't feel you have been totally above board.

Finally, 100 more photo sets? 100 more hours of video? In addition to what is already on the site? Adri was with you for 7 months, doesn't sound lazy to me.

That was on July 9th and was only AFTER a post by Adri about her new site. That was the first and only post made by Shane or Melissa about the situation and it was 39 days after Adri was "fired"

We didn't post anything positive or negative on the situation because we were still hoping to get to a good resolution before we announced anything. I wanted to wait till everything was at a better place as to save something like this from happening but I guess in this case that didn't work out. We thought we knew her very well and we too also believed everything she was saying she was just too sweet not to, but boy did we learn the hard way.

If you start your own thread promoting your new site with Adri I won't have anything to say about it she is now your model not mine and I would never try and make you look bad. I won't go in and say anything negative or try to offers special deals or convince people to promote my Adri site at all. The only way you will ever see me in one of your Adri posts is if you are saying negative things about me or my company and that's it. I hope this is a good resolution and we can go back to promoting without all the drama. Melissa
