It took me a few minutes to work it out but it looks like the other dude is standing at the front of his bike facing backwards while he burns it out.

I doubt the guy was pissed here's what happened:

There's another bike behind the guy doing donuts....this second guy
wanted to make donuts aswell but when he released his clutch to start
the rear wheel spinning he must had his bike in the wrong gear. Instead
of spinning the wheel kept grip and took off into a backflip.....dude fell
off and his bike crashed into the other guy doing donuts.

sorry watched a second time and noticed the second guy wasn't trying todo
donuts but............
