i guarantee you will feel good and full from this as well as energized. i use frozen fruit since it costs less and i can buy in bulk from costco. just make sure you brush your teeth before u head....the blueberry bits in your teeth tend to turn people off...lol

1 - I wake up at 6:30 am.
2 - I drink about 12oz of coffee from the beans I get from a local roaster
3 - Shower time yo
4 - I get some breakfast... eggs and bacon, or some mackerel, rice, miso soup, or fresh fruit and fish or ham. 50% of the time it's Japanese style. Along with about 12oz of water.
5 - Drink some more coffee and go for a short walk outside to absorb the power of the sun (whoa!)
