The book is actually named "Veronika Decides to Die" so no issue with MelinnaDecidesToDie.com. And as an aside you can't copyright the name of a book or movie which is why Hollywood keeps remaking movies with the same names and calls them "re-imagenings".

Good promo idea...use the wiki article and talk about how this girl is *just a bit Emo...her fav book, etc. Tie it in and get creative. There are a few pages of the book available online someplace and it makes a good read.

Looks like this Melinna chick doesn't support this site. She's posting on other boards saying she wants it taken down.

Sorry, I won't be promoting it until this is cleared up. I don't recommend anyone else does either. The effort vs risk just doesn't jive.

Only 40 sets of her? Can you confirm this WEC and let us know the content rotation you have set up? 40 sets is an extremely low amount of content for a solo site.

Um, yes movie names can be copyrighted. When remakes are done permission is usually bought to do so. Since the name used is not the same though im sure you have nothing to worry about.

We have more than 40 sets, we made sure to shoot a years worth of content updating twice a week.

Melinna is her stage name, she uses it for her modeling, including adult modeling. She signed a release with the photographer and the name she requested be used as her alias was Melinna. She is listed on Suicidegirls and other paysites as Melinna, she joined SG and shot for those other paysites on her own volition, it had nothing to do with us. Oh boy,

#1 rule when putting together a solo site - get you ass covered. Write up a powerful contract and have the slut sign it. It's a lot of work to get the photo and video sets together, postproduction, website programming, promotion and all. You got to make sure you have your ass covered so the slut can't turn against you just like this one and get all your effort you put into it ruined.

I hope you guys have your asses covered and can get this slut busted. If not, then I feel sorry for you but you would have learned your lesson and hopefully it will serve you many a time in the future. Best of luck dealing with that bitch.
