Selling them exclusive,

NJ,NY,PA,DE,FL are all sold out for months at least.

ALl other states are available. Rather sell them to someone who can take all 50 states or close to it.

Its a mix of about 30-35% new purchase, and rest refinance.

has all this info:

First Name, Last Name, Address, Home Phone, Work Phone,ext, Best time to call, Rate your credit, Loan Purpose, Loan amount, Previous Mortgage Balance, Home Value, Home Type Current Interest Rate, Date/Time they filled out the form.

Sold only once. your question it will be a mix of leads, besides tri-state area isnt available.
