Las Vegas real estate has great potential. Condos in a great building will hold value.

But in general, single family homes are better investments than condos.

BUT, you cant forget, Las Vegas also has the highest foreclosure rate in the nation. I just read that in a local mag last week.

When you go to sell your condo unit there will no doubt be several others to compete with. In those projects with over 1,500 units it could be a pain in the ass.
