Anyone use Google Apps or similar for email hosting?

I'm interested in removing the burden of 700,000 spams a day from my hoes.com boxes that aren't even associated to an actual account. Qmail bounces them, but it still is unneeded strain on the servers. Maybe an outsourced solution is for me?

thanks,
marc

Think it's ok to use for a popular domain?

I'm torn.

Holy crap, 700k spams per day? That's like 8-9 per second, every second. I thought my one-spam-per-minute average on my 10 year old email addr was bad.

I know... I couldn't believe it until my developer showed me the 15gig file that had built up of bounced shit.

i've been using hosted mail for all my domains for more than a year i think, and i love it. change the MX records to reflects google's. it works like a charm. specially integrated with google calendar and all that good stuff. i definitely recommend it.
