In the old days you almost never saw ppl post icq's, emails, etc without the permission of the other party - or if it was a ripoff, etc.

I remember how so many ppl would bitch about someone posting icq's pisses and all and ask did the other party say you could post those private chats...

I would never ask somebody I secretly hated to do me a favor. And then when said person refused to do said favor because they were pretty preoccupied with shit that actually matters, I certainly wouldn't be pissed because I would realize that I was out of line asking a favor of somebody I didn't like anyway who was dealing with difficult issues.
