You have get a license from the producers of those DVD's you wanna sell.

Are these DVDs that you own and produce yourself? It is unclear what you are trying to ask.

The DVDs are not produced by me, I have a guy that sale them to me. I sale down the Sunday market and now I want to sale on the internet, and I'm not sure if I need a licences to do so.

You need to contact each of those studios directly to see if they are willing to license the particular DVD you are interested in. Some WILL NOT regardless of the price.

Any other way would be theft. Look on the back of the DVDs or in the credits for studio contact information.
