9/11 was a tragic day for all Americans. If you want place blame or point a finger at who's at fault, don't look towards the Mayor of a large city who had no control over American foreign policy for the past two decades. Instead, point your finger at the fucking coward terrorists who had no moral issues with killing thousands of innocent people in the name of their god.

Did he make mistakes? Did our government make mistakes? You bet your ass they did. However, our elected government officials did the best they could at the time under the circumstances.

Without 9/11, Rudy would have been quicked out on the curb, and George W. would have continue to drop in approval.
