What do you consider a terrorist anyway?

I would take a guess that there is a large of senseless murders on a global scale that aren't committed by what the US government likes to label as terrorists.

What makes your terrorists so different from other religious or political fanatics?

Your logic tells you then:
Premise 1: 99% of all terrorists are muslims
Premise 2: supporting terror is wrong
Conclusion: Ergo supporting muslims is wrong.

Both Premise 1 and 2 are correct but the conclusion is dead as wrong.
just as:
Premise 1: A rock is hard.
Premise 2: Iron is hard
Ergo: Iron is a rock.

the fact that both the rock and a piece of Iron is hard is not enough to identify it as a rock.
The fact that 99% of all terrorists are muslims are not enough to identify every muslims as terrorists.

Depends who you elect to call "terrorists" - there are hundreds of relatively high-profile "terrorist orgs" and probably a lot more with very low profiles - and they are not generally centered in the Middle East, but can be in your own backyard. Add to that the 1000's of "terrorist actions" where these are committed by individuals working on their own beliefs/ideas.

Can't say cos I don't know them personally *s* - but there are likely to be many people defined as "terrorists" who are in the eyes of others, freedom fighters - and with just cause.
