Can you pack a knife in your checked luggage?
Are you allowed to pack a simple 4inch pocket knife in the luggage that you have checked into the belly of a plane?
Just curious, if they have relaxed rules yet. Obviously you can't take one carry on i know that.

You can still bring a gun on a plane if you check it. A knife is fine.

yes... put all your explosives, grenades, ammo and weapons in your luggage. otherwise, there could potentially be a problem.

You can check most anything that is considered "dangerous," but legal...but I suggest declaring a knife in order to avoid any issues.
Many people have carried guns in their luggage, but once again declare it. |

You just go up to the counter and tell them you have it in the luggage you are checking. It wouldn't hurt to lock it in a box or something too. That's what I had to do with my gun last time I flew with it.

Let the airline know it is in there. With the way security is now you maybe opening a can of worms taking it. Sure, it is legal to do so but why do it?
