I do not see what the big deal is at all. Seems to me the surfer would get easily confused and on top of that you have ZERO grasp on 2257 requirements and I seriously suspect you do not have the records for everything listed to boot, but that is besides the point. Your 2257 is not valid at all.

I will admit that the navigation and overall layout is pretty 2001 but that is about all I can see wrong with it.

Your site looks nice, love the graphics.

But, I found the navigation confusing or hard to use. Example: Couldn't find a "button" to get to your index/homepage. Should be on the top nav.bar. You can get stuck in certain rooms and areas and can't get home.

My 2 cents.
