It will be a tough row to hoe, but you have a great support system and that will make the difference. Remember to eat well w/ lots of protein and get lots of sleep.

I hope you have someone staying with you ... detoxing is a bitch to do alone.

My advice. Dont see a shrink. The crap they prescripe which is "legal" is 10x more deadly than the so called "non legal" stuff

Other option is going to a inpatient facility but i dont think i will do that.

I give you a hard time sometimes... but I feel for you there, and agree with you on that statement 100%.

There is way too many so called doctors, dispensing that shit like candy.
