How many times have you typed in porn.com or sex.com?

Since i've been using the internet in 1993-94 i never typed those 2 domains in or any other porn keyword domain and i look at porn all the time.

I have trouble understanding why someone would type in sex.com into the browser in search of porn, but my view is obviously affected by things such as my age, and the industry im in...

I've never typed any domain directly into the browser blindly, but when I first got internet connection in 1996 or something, I did type in xxx.com and then I threw a fit when didn't know how to fucking get rid of it from the location bar of IE

So surfers do type in those kind of domains and thats why they are worth so much.

hotmail.com is one of the top searched keywords, you gotta remember not everyone is a webmaster, we are on the PC all day and thats why we find all this stuff stupid.

But it is good not everyone is very net savvy, or it would become very hard to sell porn memberships with torrents, p2p and sites like rapidshare with insane amounts of free porn.

I haven't done that, I reached those sites through links but I was never really interested in seeing if there exist sites on those domains.

for example when i need a book, i don't go to books.com or whatever
I just google it, and check a couple results (not only on the 1st page)
so the site on a domain called buyyourbooksrighthere.com can get my order just as much as books.com (IMO, and just a sample hehehe)
