this is an interesting case. Afterall, sex is the companies product so you could argue that if you go to work with a company like this you should expect it to a be a sexually charged work place. That said, if he did continue to touch her after she said she wasn't comfortable with it, he should have stopped.

There is a difference between "Can you check this lesbian scene out for me" and "damn, she is doing to that girl exactly what I want to do to you!" or "Come on, flash me and prove you are better than these girls". You can talk about sexual material without being dirty or making someone uncomfortable about it.

Joe Francis has a ton of money to fight this stuff, but with more and more trouble stacking up at the door, he might be saying "fuck it" very soon.

I can't wait until some judge orders a C&D on distribution of the tapes until the produce model releases for each girl on the tapes, to prove they are of age I suspect their entire back catalog would disappear in a flash.
