    Niche domain markets

    I'm taking the http://www.exxxpired.com model and going to niche it out. I offered the idea up to another and even help doing it if they wanted but there didn't seem to be any interest. So I'm going to branch it out myself.

    Which niches do you think would be get the most interest from domainers? Some examples I'm thinking of are:
    - currency
    - legal
    - healthcare

    What would you be interested in for a mainstream market?

      Whacky names like google, yapples, bliggo... etc. Generic catchy names that can be used for anything.

          Oh, short pronouncable and web 2.0 type names? Good idea. Was just buying a few like that too.

                  I get requests for lingerie domains a lot, but that's probably a bit too nichey so maybe shopping domains?

                  Hobbies is also a top level category with a lot of sub niches ...

                  Perhaps also 'revenue' domains like makecash.com

                  Religion ...

                  News ...

                  Celebrity/Entertainment ...

                  Sport ...

                  I've also thought it would be a great idea to have a section for 'instant business names' where you sell a domain like 'thecleaningcompany.com' but also with a basic logo/stationery.
