Today I found out my home insurance and property taxes went down and lowered my house payment by almost 400 bucks.

Plus the ins. co. is sending me a rebate check for a couple grand.

Also I finally broke down and bought a nice HDTV from Sam's club last night and then today a refund check came in from the IRS out of nowhere that I didn't expect, and that basically covered the cost of my new HDTV

Me and my woman have been getting along better than usual after almost splitting up a few times.

And a few other little things. Like this new Pulsar divers watch I just bought at Sam's for only 29 bucks! All stainless and heavy duty, mineral bezel. A killer watch for 29 bucks! So much I went back and bought one for my dad.

My sites have been kicking ass lately for some reason even though it's Summertime.

Had my best fishing trip ever the week before last. Caught an insane amount of big grouper, red snapper and dolphin. Freezer is full!

Lost a little weight. Almost 20lbs.

My 7 year old daughter has finally started playing her guitar all on her own that I got her last Christmas, and I think she is going to be famous one day. She's composing her own songs even. The next Cheryl crow

Don't take this post wrong, I'm not trying to brag or anything, it's just things had been so stressful before this little lucky streak.

I think I'm going to run up to the store right now and buy a lotto ticket
