this is an interesting case. Afterall, sex is the companies product so you could argue that if you go to work with a company like this you should expect it to a be a sexually charged work place. That said, if he did continue to touch her after she said she wasn't comfortable with it, he should have stopped.

There is a difference between "Can you check this lesbian scene out for me" and "damn, she is doing to that girl exactly what I want to do to you!" or "Come on, flash me and prove you are better than these girls".
