I know it when i was studying. Way back college lolz. But now I forgot the whole thing. Using dreamweaver much easier :)

No point in doing HTML in notepad unless you use a different file structure then the one offered by the HTML editor. And even then, for the part where plug it in the code, most developpers use fp or dw.

That is exactly reason why i sometime do sites in notepad.

I use HTML purely for structure and the rest is CSS so I suppose I don't have to know much HTML.

Yep, doesn't really seem to matter in this industry though - most sites seem to look like they were designed by a 12 year old with angst problems, and yet they still make sales.

I taught myself html about 10 years ago. Started with hotdog html editor and then found homesite. I use homesite 95% of the time and dreamweaver about 5%

took all of about 5 or 10 minutes to learn it.
